As a chiropractor, Kevin wanted to create a space that would teach people to move safely and efficiently through movements that translate into day to day life. Deadlifts are no different that lifting a bag of dog food from the floor at your local Costco, and squats teach your body the movement of standing from a chair, which is something we will all lose as we age if we don't practice it correctly and often.

Jessie is passionate about educating people about quality foods and how they can fuel our bodies and give us the strength we need to thrive in our daily lives.
